She Hulk

Another pinup I did for deviant art. I think its a little hard for people to get into this character. Attractive or not the green skin tone seems to throw people off. However it is part of her charm for me. I can't say I've read her books at all but she frequently pops up in other books and shows.

Elena X Alex

Another deviant art commission request. There's this guy that has this hang up on having various ladies from street fighter being bear hugged and motor boated by other cast members. I thought at first that this was just some random request but the guy has whole collection of these plus comic pages done up in the same manner.

X-23 with toy Shuma

I did this commission for a guy I met on deviant art. It was a chance for me draw some characters from MVC3. I admitted to several people that I new ABSOLUTELY nothing about X-23 when I started and finished the piece. After its completion I found out how far removed from the character the image is.

Chun Li bathing suit

A commission illustration I did a while ago. I was asked to draw a more muscled Chun li. The reason she is on her toes is because I had originally sketched her with heels on. When I started the rough sketch it was over a weekend and it sat on my desk till the following saturday. I went through the illustration cleaned, inked, and colored forgetting that they were there.

I had been posting so much on Deviant art that I been neglecting my own blog. This is another of the Alt street fighter 4 costume I did.

Happy New Year!

First thing I did when I got back from christmas break was start working on a new sketch. Happy new year everyone. I was asked to make up some art for the coming of Marvel vs. Capcom 3 so I picked my favorites and did a tag team pick of them together.

R. Mika Perfect Peach

C'mon, She's got a special move called the flying peach. What's not to love about that. I been so busy I hardly have time to do any personal work. Still had a blast trying to get a few minutes in to finish this each night.

Elena "Jungle" night club Costume

I had an invitation to do a costume of one of my favorite Streetfighters in a new outfit. At the time, all I could think was how much I wanted to draw a new Elena. Wanted something flashy but still classic looking. The bell bottom thing fit with her dancing theme and I just went from there.

Bone Yard Franky pinup

Had this sketch on hold for a week almost. I wanted to do an Illustration for Josh Greathouse's web comic, Bone Yard Franky. I redrew the cast and got a little carried away. Some people may not stand out as much. Frank and JIm I think are the easiest recognizable but, Natasha and Carrie/Champagne are just a little to styled. Pretty much everyone with a face, except the the three extras behind Frank, are part of the cast. Well, here's a shot out Josh and his comic.

Been meaning to get another pick of this character out the door. She and Mika are my fave lady's from Street fighter.

Red

Another commissioned piece. I was asked to do an Illustration of A character just referred to as "RED". I hadn't taken the time to find out her actual name but scanning through the ref I was given I found a few things about her. I think she may be called Red Sonja. If that is her name I can understand just going by the nick name. The other is that apparently she is like Samson. I don't know the total ins an outs of it but she has some spell placed on her where she has to keep her chest bare at all time. I don't know if like samson this is the source of her strength or some bizarre curse.

Akiko Daimon

I was asked to do a commission from someone who had seen my art and I was turned on to a rarity in anime. Its been called Manga Muscle girls. Or at least that was the way It was referred to. I like the blend of the typical overly cutesy anime damsels with the stern physic of body builders. Of course, some of these girls run the gambit from well toned to down right buff. So much so that there are some that would dwarf your standard comic action hero.

Terra Red

I had a guy ask me if I would redraw one of his characters and I agreed. To bad I started getting more Illustration work and had to put it on hold for about a week. Still, it was a fun project though.

CatGrrl2_Garfield

Took a break from work to enjoy myself. I posted this character before it was more blue back then. I had originally wanted her to be Orange but I when I played around with the cool colors I just left it that way.

Huni

I posted this character up way back in the day. It's a redesign of her wearing some stripper styled clothing. The sketch I did of Bella had me wanting to do one of Huni where she was out of character as well. Also it was nice to get to try my hand at that design again.

Truth or Daire

You may remember Belladaire from one of my earlier posts. I recently took the time to try and recreate one of my favorite original characters. She is essentially a fem-Al Capone. Posing as a dignified lady of luxury is part-time schtick. The truth of the matter is that she has her hands on the pulse of much of the shady dealing in the crime world. This pick is a bit out of character for her as she is the type to see this kind of behavior to be "undignified". On the other hand I made sure to give her a "Your going to pay for this", scowl.

Makoto

I had some good vibes going today. So I made a push to get another sketch done before the end of the day. Well, I failed since its well after midnight. I'm still feeling good, none the less. I wanted to do a Makoto sketch. I did a drawing of her a while back where I made her younger and cute. None of that happened today. I wanted to make her more feminine. Makoto is built like a dude. No Joke. Go play Street fighter 3, third strike and you'll see. Anyway I still wanted her to be somewhat tough looking but still not so Brute. I didn't bother coloring. It would have taken me another day and I'm just happy with how quickly I turned this around

Scotland Turnaround

Erica has been nudging me on to get a turn finished for two of my older sketches. I had a talk with her last week and decided that if I just set aside some time, I could get at least one of the two done. I've also got to get caught up on a fan request. More on that later. I been seeing a lot of cool posts on AAC. Need to get started on one of my own. Although I had hope to make Kurenai my first post. It was about a few days before I joined so I hesitated. Kinda seems past the point to add it now.
