Lookout!! She's gotta GUN!!

I was worried I wasn't going to have time to finish this. I guess this should all be a sign that things are starting to slow down in the entertainment industry. I struggled with her color scheme for a long time. Finally something clicked. All it needed was a different approach and it was all down hill. At one point she was a blonde. But I figured that Halo already owned the market on that. So, if she wasn't a blondie then better a red head then.

Halo

I always loved this sketch for the personality I managed to pull of. That innocent and confident look that I thought she would have. It was a bit of a stretch for me because most of the time when I draw women the are alot heavier.

Well it took me long enough, but I finally got this one out the door. I really am glad to have a new post. Everything I have thus far is stuff I can't show.

Big girls need love too

Who ever said no fat chicks can leave the room. Of course the cat suit and lingerie don't hurt. "I just wanted to bring sexy back." I realize that most of my favorite artists are pinup artists as well. They range from the tasteful to artsy, to down right erotic. This post wasn't all about BBW. I was working on this as a coloring test. I picked out an old sketch and decided to see if I could make it look cool without inking it. I had hoped to do this with a comic that I will be starting on. But as it turned out, the book is required to be inked. I was almost done with this pic when I had to run home for a family emergency.

This isn't really a new sketch. I did this piece sometime ago for White wolfs' Exaulted series. I haven't had a chance to work on anything new. I hope to get caught up on my work soon so I can get back into my old routine.

The Machinist Inked

Like the song says "another one bites the dust". It took me long enough but I finally got these guys done. I been trystay consistent but I can see where I got carried away with some of them. Thats what happens when you have so many gaps between you recent work. Now onward to the coloring phase. I may post a risque sketch or two between these next few. I had an idea about a take on Garfield and Odie. I'll leave it at that and let the idea stew for a bit.

Sure has been a while since I've added anything new. I have been busy working on things that I can't post on my blog. Or atleast I won't be able to show for a while. Finally got this one out today and one left to go.

At this point the blog may as well be a status report than a posting of current works. Well, two more to go. Then I can move onto other things. I may mix up some things and try putting up some simple sketches here and there.

Yeah. If you were for some reason tired of seeing these characters then get ready. I still have to finish inking the other three and paint them all. Also I got a link from Steve so I can add him to the list. I was really happy today when I realized how busy I have been lately. I go to work and I come home and get right back to work again. Working is really satisfying right now. "Enjoy it while it lasts", they say.
